The competition, which will be held according to the rules of the Czech Chamber of Architects, is sponsored by Penta Real Estate. The selection of participants and the winning design will be decided by a jury consisting of independent experts, representatives of the client and the city. The competition will take place in the form of a three-phased competition workshop.

The competition is an international urban-architectural competition.
The competition will be organized in accordance with the competition rules of the Czech Chamber of Architects
The competition teams and the winning proposal will be selected by a professional jury consisting of independent experts, representatives of the investor and the city.
The competition will have 2 rounds – the contestants selected by the jury will submit a concept in the 1st round, then the authors of the best concepts will submit a detailed proposal in the 2nd phase
The competition will take place in the form of a competition workshop. During the competition, the competitors will present their proposals to the jury, who will discuss their proposals with them.
The aim of the competition is to find the optimal solution for a new prominent centre with a square that remains vibrant throughout the year. The square will serve as a meeting place and a venue for cultural events. Public spaces will enhance the overall image of the city and emphasize permeability throughout the area. The buildings will feature active ground floors with shops and services, seamlessly integrating with the existing urban fabric. The proposal should also take into account the climatic conditions of the mountain setting.
